Following a series of client wins in UK and China, we are currently offering for the following four positions to candidates who are passionate about the Chinese market, Anglo-Chinese communication and would like to make good use of their bilingual skills.

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to join the company.

Working closely with all other marketing colleagues within the agency, the designer will be responsible delivering print and digital design for our clients. A typical output would be a presentation, a brochure or an advert in both print and digital format. The designer will also be involved in brand development project as well as website design.

The designer will work on projects that contain English and Chinese content so we expect the successful candidate to have a strong understanding of layout, typesetting, typography and use of graphics in a Chinese environment.

Essential Qualities:

  • Bilingual speaker (English and Chinese)
  • Reliable and good at working individually as well as in a team
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design
  • High level of proficiency in using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • A passion for multicultural creative projects
  • 2 – 4 years experience working for a design agency in the UK.
  • Capable of delivering print and digital projects
  • An ambition to make the role your own and take creative ownership of projects
  • Highly organised with excellent time-management skills
  • Articulate, confident and inspiring to others in your team
  • Has a portfolio of work that demonstrates an understanding of aesthetics and culture

Desirable Qualities:

  • Experience in working on bi-lingual, bi-cultural projects between China and UK
  • Experience in designing for web and have a thorough understanding of HTML and CSS
